It Begins Tomorrow!

Tomorrow is November 1st! If it wasn't a work day, I'd stay up and write at midnight, but I'm worn out. I haven't done as much prep work as the two years I attempted a novel, but I do have some lists of things I want to write about. I'm not sure what I'm going to start with tomorrow. I guess I'll let my mood decide that.   Check back tomorrow to see what I decided.

November 2016 is Waiting for Me

As November approaches, I am preparing to take on a writing project. No, I won't be writing a novel during National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), but I will be challenging myself to complete a unique project. My main goal is to find time to write every day. I hate that I don't do something I love to do because I'm stressed out and tired. I want to write. I want to finish my collection. It's important to me. I don't want to put it on the back burner anymore.

So, I decided to use this November to stretch my writing muscles. I want to play with language, learn to develop characters and move a scene along, and experiment with memoir. I want to take time to get to some ideas on paper. I'm hoping to be able to turn 1-2 things into part of a larger project. I'll never have that chance if I don't sit down and write now.
